A Bit About Us

A bright private studio equipped with sprung floor and ballet mats, mirrors and bares. Lockers to store your dance bags and shoes. The hours – Classes start at 2pm with the littlies and the studio is open till 9pm depending what classes are running. Adults usually in the evenings. The team – Wendy Mays – Javan Mattei – Courtney Smith. DanceTrax opened doors in Cape Town 20 years ago, moving from Port Elizabeth where the studio ran for 12 years, we then decided to relocated to Cape Town. Starting off with Tap and Modern classes only we have grown to incorporate Irish and Hip Hop classes as well. We keep our dancers very busy in the dancing field, we actively participate in Shows, Eisteddfods, Competitions, Exams and do many charity shows.
